Q. How is it possible to deal direct with over 500 independent resorts?
A. All these properties use the same booking system, so the process for dealing direct with Turtle Beach Resort is identical to the booking process at Noosa Blue and The Lakes Cairns Resort & Spa.

Q. How do I receive confirmation of my booking?
A. Immediately after completing your booking, you will receive an email with confirmation of your booking and any other information that you need. Its all designed to be very simple for you.

Q. How do I pay?
A. You pay the initial deposit by Credit Card. Most properties accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.

Q. How much is the initial deposit?
A. The amount of deposit is determined by the individual resort, but is generally about 10%-20%. The deposit is usually refundable, subject to the cancellation policy of the resort with which you make the booking. Some properties may require full payment at the time of booking.

Q. When do I pay the balance?
A. This is clearly stated on the booking form. Some properties require final payment prior to arrival, but in most cases you will pay by presenting a valid credit card when you check in to the resort. Cash and Eftpos are also accepted.

Q. Can you organise day tours?
A. Properties that have on-site Management and Reception usually have a tour desk. Experienced staff will know all the local attractions and can offer you valuable advice on what to do.

Q. What is the best way to get to your resorts from the airport?
A. You may prefer to organise this yourself. Some resorts allow you to book this online. Otherwise, staff at the resorts can usually assist by arranging different types of transport for you with advanced notice.

Q. Can I request a certain room allocation?
A. Yes, most properties appreciate these requests as it will assist them as well. The resorts will make every effort to meet guest requirements, but no guarantees are provided with regard to room allocations.

Q. How do I deal with any changes and other specific requirements?
A. The advantage of booking via our website is that you can deal direct with the property on these matters, for example if you require late check-in, or an amendment to your booking.
