of being nestled amongst the everglades canal and
rainforest.

Byron
Bay is situated on the east coast of Australia, in
Northern New South Wales, just 2 hours south of Brisbanes
International airport and 1 hour south of the Gold
Coast's Coolangatta airport.
| TRAVELLING
BY AIR - From East Coast Cities
Fly
to the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta and
drive 50 minutes south to Byron Bay. Services
are plentiful from Sydney and Melbourne on
QANTAS, Jetstar and Virgin Blue.
Alternatively, fly to Ballina on Virgin, QANTAS
Link or Rex Air. The Byron at Byron is approximately
20 minutes north of Ballina Airport. Rental
cars are available at both Gold Coast and
Ballina Airports. |
BY
ROAD- From the South
Leaving Ballina, take the Byron Bay turn to the right
at the roundabout. Follow the road through Lennox
Head and stay on this road until reaching The Byron
at Byron on the right hand side of the road, which
is well sign posted. Driving time from Ballina to
the Resort is approximately 20 minutes.
BY
ROAD- From the North
Pass the Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta, following
the signs to Ballina along the Pacific Highway. 45
minutes after leaving Coolangatta, watch for signs
to Byron Bay. Take the left exit on to Ewingsdale
Rd and enter the Byron township. Cross the railway
line and turn right at the main town centre roundabout.
Follow the signs to Ballina until reaching Broken
Head Road. Stay on this road until arriving at The
Byron at Byron on the left, just 100 metres south
of the Byron Golf Club entrance
