retreats, hotels and apartments throughout Australia and New Zealand’s
most sought after destinations.
Ranging from self-contained apartments to luxurious resorts and retreats, accommodation
spans all major visitor destinations, including Hotham and Falls Creek
in Victoria, Tasmania, the Gold Coast, the Daintree rainforest of Tropical
North Queensland, and Queenstown, New Zealand.
Offering a selection of exclusive resorts, Stella Resorts Group brands include

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What is the difference between a self contained apartment and a hotel
room?
A. A fully self-contained apartment means all our apartments offer most
of the conveniences you enjoy at home. They have full kitchen facilities,
a laundry that includes a washing machine and dryer, and a lounge and
dining room.
Q. Do your apartments have cooking equipment?
A. Yes all apartments that have kitchens are equipped with all the cooking
utensils, cutlery, crockery and items you require.
Q. How do I pay?
A. You can pay by Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express. A $100 deposit is required
with online bookings. The balance is usually required 14 days prior to
check in.
Q. What are your check-in and check out times?
A. At all our resorts we have a check in time of 2.00 pm and a check out
time of 10.00 am. If you are arriving earlier or departing later we can
make arrangements, however we need to know in advance.
Q. Do you have extra charges for late checkouts?
A. Depending on availability, we you can depart as late as 6.00pm for
50% of your daily rate.
Q. Can you organise day tours?
A. Yes, in all our properties we have a tour desk. All our staff are experienced
with all the local attractions and can offer you valuable advice on what
to do.
Q. What is the best way to get to your resorts from the airport?
A. We can arrange several different types of transport for you with advanced
notice. For families and groups we can organise for a rental car to be
available at the airport for you. This can sometimes work out to be cheaper
than bus transfers.
Q. How many extra persons can your apartments hold?
A. We will allow in most instances up to 1 extra person on top of the
number of persons allowed for in the rate.
Q. What age are children included to?
A. We class children from 4 to 16 inclusive and infants as 0 to 3 inclusive.
Q. Do you charge for infants?
A. No, infants are free of charge unless they require extra bedding.
Our cot hire charges are approx. $25 per week.
